Tami is a member of the American Society for Training & Development; a member of the American Society for Quality and an RABQSA Certified Quality Management System Auditor; a National Certified Workplace Trainer for Financial Peace; a National Trainer for Active Parenting; a senior trainer for RABQSA accredited Lead Auditor Training; and internationally recognized as a personal coach.  She also obtained a Master's Degree in Management with an emphasis in Leadership.

As a trainer, Ms. Damian is well respected for delighting her audiences with humor and presenting in a clear, easy-to-understand method.
