Tami has always been the ‘go to’ person for her colleagues, business partners and friends when a problem needed resolved or when an opportunity presented itself for improvement.
With more than 20 years of management experience, working in the non-profit sector, in manufacturing and by serving as a consultant in community organizing, school and family involvement, and business; Tami has served in several management positions with proven success. She is an RABQSA Certified Quality Management System Auditor.
As a trainer, Ms. Damian is well respected for delighting her audiences with humor and presenting in a clear, easy-to-understand method. She has developed audience specific training in areas of organizational development, communication, leadership, safety, International Standards on Quality and Environmental issues (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), parent education and substance abuse prevention.
Even with all of her business activities, Tami remains active in her community. She volunteers for several non-profit organizations, and is a team leader for the Lancaster County United Way Community Investment Citizen Review process.
Ms. Damian has earned a Masters of Arts degree in Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Doane College, Lincoln, NE, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Organizational Communications from Kearney State College, Kearney, NE.
