our Personal Consultant With a passion to find strengths in everyone she meets, Tami has found that most individuals don’t use their strengths to the best of their abilities. Many of us are in the wrong place in our lives due to financial commitments, societal expectations or personally imposed limitations.
Tami is ‘a breath of fresh air’ as she works with individuals, small groups and businesses to fulfill dreams and live life to its fullest!
Her coaching methods are systematic with clearly defined outputs. A goal is determined, action steps are created and there is accountability to achieve what is determined.
As a child, Tami received the All Around Best Scout with a note from her scout leader that said, “I can’t wait to see you reach your potential.” Tami continues to work toward her potential as she helps you find yours.
